Fulltext PDFThis paper describes the case of an older gentleman with known metastatic prostate cancer to his left radius who presented for sudden-onset atraumatic left forearm pain. This case report speculates about potential options for management and reviews some of the existing literature on primary and metastatic radius cancer. This case also served as a unique opportunity to compare the sunbursting appearance of osteosclerotic metastatic bone cancer on x-ray to its appearance on ultrasound.
