Abstract

What will be written and reflected in this short communication article is my own conclusion and my own overview came from my personal experience while living in USA, practicing in the clinical research in USA. It is a point of view and a conclusion coming from a highly medically educated individual, from an individual reaching for quality in providing services. My overview will discuss the clinical pharmaceutical research which is being applied in USA specifically and in most of the capital economic countries in general. This overview will discuss the impact of a profit based business when owning the pharmaceutical clinical research centers that are conducting drug trials for the sponsors. This article will discuss how the financial profit interest might impact negatively on the scientific value of the clinical research.
