Abstract

Uncontrollable blood loss from a 'bleeding pseudotumor' in a patient diagnosed with lower-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) represents a severe medical condition with scarce data on therapeutic options. This case report describes a patient treated with radiation therapy for a “bleeding pseudotumor” and reviews the available literature.
